About this House

3 Bedroom, 2 Bath, 2 Car Garage. A well loved and cared for Family home for over 30 years. HVAC replaced 2009, Water Heater 2018, Water Softener, Central Vacuum System.
12 Rooms: Kitchen, pantry, family/dining, utility/laundry room, Cedar closet, guest bathroom, three bedrooms all with walk-in closets.
We have wood and tile flooring throughout the house.
The kitchen has been updated with a pantry, water softener and a Reverse Osmosis system. Updates also include a specialty display cabinet viewable from both sides, granite countertops with a four-stool kitchen bar, tile flooring and all new oak cabinets to include two turntable type corner cabinets. 2018 installed a new refrigerator, microwave, and quiet dishwasher.
Fully insulated garage (walls, ceiling and Clopay Classic Collection 6.3 R-Value Insulated Garage Doors). We enclosed a 24' X 5' (120 sq. ft) area at the front of the garage with swinging door access from the house and a metal door exiting into the garage. Consequently, this enclosure encompasses a full utility room, with a complete Cedar closet at the far end. 2 cars still fit in the garage.
We installed a SmartCode Electronic Deadbolt on the front door, garage door openers on both garage doors, and a ladder access to the attic.
The back yard is large and fully fenced with a drive-through gate.
We have lots of beautiful trees, front and back. (Japanese pistachio and cedar in back and Bradford pear and cedar in the front.
