An outdoor living area includes comfortable seating, lighting and a large stone hearth fireplace. 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 with queen size beds and one with a bunk bed with double on bottom and twin on top) include lots of storage. The master bath includes a roomy travertine walk-in shower. Decorator furnishings make this a very comfortable and inviting home to fully enjoy your beach vacation.

The backyard is spacious and includes lots of custom hardscape, and a custom built-in BBQ. An enclosed outdoor shower reminds you that you are only a short 7-minute walk to the surf.     "The neighborhood is a mix of retired people and new families. It’s not as communal as other cities I’ve lived in with many people driving in and out of the community and then staying inside or in their backyard. The gates parks prohibit kids meeting there unless they belong to an association. It’s odd to see a gated park that children cannot play on , meet new kids that live across the street, etc. I’m used to larger cities where there are more public places to gather, meet your neighbors, and create a stronger community."

Package theft does happen and people don’t clean up after their pets well. The rent is also really high around here. "
