About this House

At 1300 square feet this is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom with a large bonus room. All utilities/internet is included in rent. Private entrance around back and parking on the street. Large, full kitchen with plenty of storage, gas burning stove and dishwasher. Laundry is onsite in unit. Windows have all just been replaced along with the backdoor about a year ago. There is an extra storage room with shelves provided.

This house is located in an established neighborhood on a quiet street with easy access to the Provo Canyon. All utilities are paid by the landlord and rental comes with internet. We have a spacious, fully fenced backyard with a hot tub available for use. We have one dog and DO allow pets for an additional charge. (1300 without pets, 1300+ with pets. This price will be negotiated depending on how many animals are moving in) If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.

1 year minimum with month to month options. Pet friendly. No smoking in, on, or near property. All utilities/internet are included.

This school is fantastic. They have been chosen 1 out of 10 schools in the nation to implement the Leader in Me program. Their Spanish Immersion program repeatedly takes home top honors. The principal, staff, teachers and others are so involved in helping your child succeed. Their PTA and SIPA programs repeatedly support the school with so many amazing events that make childhood memorable. They even have a full-time art teacher (rare in these parts) and a very talented after school orchestra and choir program.

"I work in American Fork and drive there in my car mostly on the freeway. During my drive times the freeway is not too congested, and tragic flows at about 70 mph."
