Nice size livingroom and and eat in kitchen. The home has 2 window units at each end of the home in the full size bedrooms. Home is heated with plug in space heaters. Home stays cool and warm with what is used in home. Kitchen comes with appliances. Stove is propane. Not sure if oven works (never used since purchase of home). Range works perfectly. No problems with hot water heater. Washer/Dryer is on the porch. Porch is enclosed. Home comes furnished. Home is located in Melody Mobile Home Park which is right across from the Withlacochee Bike Trail located in Inverness, FL. Lot rent is $410 which includes trash and water. Pets welcomed.

    "We moved here 3 years ago and I can honestly say southern hospitality does exist, i have noticed the friendliest people I have come in contact with seem to be native Floridians and the other friendly people I have met have come here from many different parts of the country to enjoy warmth, sunshine, and slower paced way of life. In closing Inverness is absolutely on of the most welcoming towns making easier to adjust when moving here from a distance. There is a lot to do and see if you enjoy nature, and community oriented festivities as well."
