The unit is attached to the main home, there is a private entrance and patio with no access to the main house. Washer and dryer is provided for use in the garage, space for 1 vehicle to park in the driveway. This is a NON Smoking unit and no pets allowed. This is a single person rental, due to the size of the unit. Rental is conveniently located to Azusa Pacifica University, Cal Poly Pomona, Western University, La Verne University, Mt Sac, Santa Anita Race Track & Pomona Fair Grounds. Unit is right off of the 210/57 interchange.

Utilities are included in the price of the rent. DIRECTV and Spectrum internet is provided at an additional cost. Unit has a large counter area with sink, garbage disposal, refrigerator, microwave and other small appliances included but there is no cooktop or oven. Unit is attached to a home that is occupied by the landlord, showings are by appointment only. Please do NOT disturb the home owner.
