Can’t even walk my daughter up to school. First the start way too early. They shouldn’t be starting school till 8:30. They only go 4 days a week, so the schools don’t even go by the law if 171 contact days. The student pick up drop off is a complete joke. The whole district as a whole is a joke. There are numerous teachers who have been at this school for 10+ years which says a lot for staffing and morale. All the teachers show a great deal of care in academics but also the well- being of each student. Principal Hyatt prioritizes safety for staff and students daily. While there are caring teachers and a supportive community, there are serious concerns regarding how leadership handles student safety and behavioral issues.Based on our experience, there was a lack of consistent action and accountability when addressing bullying. A safe and responsive environment is essential for students, and that expectation was not met.Families should ask detailed questions about how concerns are handled and what follow-through they can expect.
