      "A lot of dogs in the neighborhood. Owner stake good care and keep-the dogs leashed. Most dogs are friendly. Owners are friendly as well. I don’t hear a lot of barking unless the alarm sounds at the nearby fire station. The sidewalks are great for walking your dog and there are also some nice walking paths in the neighborhood as well "

It is an amazing area with friendly, welcoming neighbors, in addition residents have access to club house, pool, work-out gym, fishing pier and much more!
