In the last three years I’ve seen vast improvements happening within the walls of Houston County. A new principal has been brought in and he’s trying to change the way people see the school and its students. Many new teachers grace the hallways and classrooms. The counselor works tirelessly to help students find resources to dream big and to become successful after high school. There are a lot of students coming from disadvantaged homes and with that there are challenges but they work towards settling in new students and get them on track. After coming from the bigger district down the road, we have been very happy with what this school has to offer.

My son was injured during an accident on the bus and the principal and superintendent attempted to intimidate me into dropping my claim for medical billing reimbursement. No parent was notified until an hour after and we're only told a substitute bus would be provided not that our kids were in an accident or could be injured
