Description

In master bedroom there is a sunken garden tub, and a half bath with stand up shower. Garden tub area was recently updated and has new faucets. The stand up shower has new faucets as well. The roof was redone with new tin about 5 years ago. The front bedroom has a bay window. It has a long winding gravel driveway down to the property. The dog kennel is NOT included. Water was just tested and found to be clean and clear. There is a secondary heat system of a propane wall heater located in the living room, so the power bill runs less than $100 year round.The gas has a 100 gallon tank, and will usually last a full winter. Its a great place to be if you enjoy wildlife. 4 deer just ran through here the other day. The property has so many potential things you could do. A lot of space still is open, sparsely wooded. There is not one thing this mobile home needs fixed. I will do showings upon appointment. I am still living here for a short while longer. The living room has brand new wood laminate flooring. No appliances included. All electric. Will be ready for showing in October, when vacated.
