"Limited sidewalks and street lighting at night. I rarely walk or stroll around in the area and drive everywhere. A few restaurants and a coffee shop is walkable, about 15 minutes on near Wilshire."

"Neighborhood has yearly events, such as a holiday get together and the area draws a lot of people for Halloween festivities. There’s a number of young families that have come into the area in the past couple years and there’s good above average interaction and playtime amongst them, compared to other areas of Los Angeles from experience."

"Bums everywhere, screaming….lots of oglers when walking down the street….crowded, no playgrounds . Good for visit, not for living. "

"Dogs that are kept inside are too loud and some dogs even can jump the fence. Lots of dogs also leave outside no owner no leashed not dangerous dogs "

"I live on Altura Ave and my neighbors are some of the best people I know. My neighbors older son goes to the same school as my oldest and he drives him to school. In the summer months our neighbor lets my kids use his pool to cool off."
