7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageComing from a student here, the administration is absolutely horrible. Don’t let these reviews from parents fool you. The teacher’s here are extremely sensitive. Other day ask my teacher for an extra paper to write my rough draft on and he took it like a just screamed a bunch of hateful comments toward him. Completely awful school, though the Physical Education classes are great, amazing teaches upon PE. Backtracking on the Administration. They don’t go into full investigation. They get a couple words from a couple students and call that a full “investigation.” They really be handing out suspensions whenever they want to. Over her at hickory, If you forget your badge for 5 days out of the entire school year. You get a full day of In School Suspension! Administration never get actual witnesses, they just get kids who say they were “there” but only got told by a friend who was there. In conclusion this school is awful and is being ran by horrible administrators. I have spoken to many other parents who also feel that the school does not have the students' best interests at heart and the administration would rather students be injured or embarrassed than be helped and show kindness.The principal doesn't like young children behaving as children and the teachers are so overly focused on SPED students they ignore non-sped.When students are injured by other students the victim is blamed.Do not believe the 8/10 rating, it is heavily inaccurate to the reality of the school.Teacher Review1y ago - Grassfield High School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWhile I was in school I hated it. Appreciated it later for sure!!!! Unfortunately I tried to get a friend overseas to come over (he's 18) and they have lost our paper work several times, met us with nothing but attitudes and no working mindset. It's unfortunate how the schools management system has changed since Dr prez left. I find I scary to realize all my information is gone and possibly in someone else's hands. I've had to repeat this boarding process twice now. Still after all that has transpired we were still sent away with a "well we don't do that so" (very professional) I no longer recommend this school to anyone with any sort of language barrier. They will not listen. They ignored. Inexcusable.Other Review7mo ago
