The 1380 sq ft house features a large open living space with vaulted ceilings and a fireplace which opens to a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, frig, dishwasher, disposal and microwave. The property is on a cul-de-sac with a fenced yard with a porch and grill. If you are planning to work from home, you can opt to also rent the office in addition to the private room so that you could set up an office and not have to combine your bedroom with your work space. Roommates will split the cost of utilities evenly, including high-speed internet. No smoking in the house please. No more pets (Daniel has a corgi named Anubis).
