The bathroom has a walk in shower and washer and dryer (not pictured) for Tenant convenience. Outside are two designated driveway parking spaces and small patio. Nestled inside an amazing neighborhood .4 miles from Lacamas Lake Regional park trailheads and minutes to downtown Camas. Easy commute to multiple hospitals, 18 minutes to PDX, and the gateway to the Columbia River Gorge, this is the perfect mid-term stay in an idea PNW location. Minimum lease agreement 30 days.

Host does not live on site but is local and able to provide local recommendations. Utilities included in monthly rent include: high speed internet, electricity, trash service, sewer and water.
