Thank you for your interest in Fairfax Village Apartments! The one bedrooms rent for $1,130 per month with heat and hot water included. There is also a monthly $25.00 community fee to cover the cost of utilities, maintenance and amenities. This apartment features upgraded kitchen cabinets and granite countertops. Parking is free and we have 24hr emergency maintenance for hassle free living! Our application process will require proof of social security, landlord references, employment verification, income qualification and a credit and criminal background check. The income qualification for this particular apartment is $40,680.00 per year in annual gross income/liquid assets.
Please let me know when you would like to schedule a tour of our property. We are available Monday-Friday from 8am-5:00pm and on Saturday from 9:30am-5pm.
