It's in a peaceful neighborhood, lots of trees, good neighbors and a few cows and horses that add a lot to the "ruburb" (rural suburb) ambiance. The house and grounds are well maintained and easy to keep up. Very cozy...worry free and move-in ready. Perfect for anyone needing a bit more elbow room close to town. It's an easy drive, and Leicester has the least expensive gas in the county.
