    Two acre lot in Live Oak Landing Subdivision with frontage on the Tres Palacios River, and next to the boat ramp. The property has a beautiful view of the river and has some lovely oak trees and native brush along the river edge. The subdivision has a water system to every lot, HOA and Deed Restrictions. There is a minimum house size. Live Oak Landing is located in a quiet rural area, close to the Gulf, and Palacios, the shrimping capital of Texas. Convenient to STP. Land is slightly elevated due to the mounds of dirt removed to create drainage ditch. Each owner has to install their own septic system. From Bay City, Hwy 35 west toward Blessing, continue on 35 towards Palacios, turn left onto FM 2853, travel until you see the entrance to Live Oak Landing Subdivision on the left, keep left, look for the subdivision sign marking BL 2, Lot 9.
