      "This area is the best. It's a property for adults who want their adult child or their parent/s to live with them. Beautiful setting, quiet, safe, and very secure. We've been here for 6 years, Lived in the little home and then bought the whole property. We have no children at home so we are looking for smaller as we are getting older. But the right price is the buyer. Paved Driveway to both buildings. Well for water, Satellite service excellent/ cable available, Septic on site with secondary septic for little home. Electrical metering for each home which may be combined thru proper channels."
