"I was raised in Gorham, granted it was back in the 80's. But! it's so far away fromthe big cities and such a small community that everyone really does know everyone else. There's a real sense of community here, and I've always though it is a great place to raise kids. My friends who stayed there throughout high school DEFINITELY wanted to get out but they agree it was a great place to grow up."
  • Erin Leigh Cram
"Neighbors do still look out for one another, you see children and out and about playing in their yards, there are summer concerts on the common; there is still very much a sense of community"
  • Maryann L.
"close to elementary school, walking distance to stores, resturants and park."
