The student who bullied was then put on a review committee to interview and judge the students she bullied. The school has a zero tolerance bully policy but it’s more like zero tolerance for those being bullied.I complained about the student and as a result the children who informed me what had happened got punished.I wrote a letter to the board of education and I received a one sentence response that to me means nothing will be done.So glad we will be done with this school. No. I'd be a liar if I said they were, but you'd be hard pressed to find a better school anywhere, especially a public school, that's this amazing these days. It's the mixture of staff and great leadership here that make you feel like you're walking into what this school is, a small cozy place with people who care that years from now I'll look back at and have warm memories of our time spent in Barkhamsted Elementary School.Parent Review7y ago
