"small town and everyone is a cannabis lover or seller or grower. close enough to lake Michigan but still country. lots of art galleries here tons of great places to eat . Flag Day weekend and parade are huge. "

"Three Oaks is a quaint and charming community in Harbor Country. This property is a just short walk to a variety of shops, restaurants, theaters & distillery and only a short drive to New Buffalo's Four Winds Casino and beautiful Lake Michigan beaches and Warren Dunes State Park. "
