Sit on the lawn under the shade trees during the warm months and watch the ever changing Narragansett bay. Anchor your boat right in front of the house. The property includes an acre of level grass lawn for outdoor recreation.
The kitchen is furnished with a full range of dishes, pots, pans, utensils, cups, glasses, toaster, coffee maker etc. There is a four element electric cook top and a combination microwave/convection oven for baking. The kitchen features a three stool breakfast bar, and a dining table for four by the south facing window with a view of the water.
The home has baseboard electric heat with thermostats in each room, except the porch which is unheated but warmed by the sun. A new flat screen TV included. There is a washer and dryer in the basement. A gas grille is on the patio for outdoor cooking.

Lease is from December 1st to May 31st, 2022, application fee of $35 is required OR fill out a Zillow application. A $800 non-refundable deposit will be required to hold to move in date upon acceptance of your application. Security deposit of $1,800 (which will include the $800 from the application deposit and an additional $1,000) and first months rent due prior to move in. Income, employment, credit and BCI verification.
Water and trash removal included. Tenant responible for electric, WIFI and cable.
No smoking allowed in the house.
Pets limited to 1 cat, OR 1 small dog ( 20 lbs).
