About this House

Recently renovated townhome. We moved back into the home this past January and have replaced the flooring throughout with luxury vinyl plank on the entire main floor and new carpet throughout upstairs, all new appliances in the kitchen and laundry, remodeled bathrooms and updated the kitchen. Brand new roof and siding were also installed August 2020. There is a one car enclosed garage with room for two cars to park in the driveway, along with a fenced in courtyard.

We are waiting for our kitchen granite counters to get installed next week, I will update pictures once those are installed, so the current counters in the pictures won't be the same upon move in.

Will consider dogs.

Owner is deploying and family is moving into base housing for the last year. It will be available for showings Wednesday 9/23 and ready for move in 10/1/2020.

Owner pays monthly HOA which includes trash collection, tenant is responsible for electric, water, gas and cable/internet.

One enclosed garage parking spot and two driveway spots available. Must register cars with HOA and receive parking stickers.
