About this House

A beautiful large 4 bedroom, 2 bath home that has been very well maintained and updated over the years. The floors are beautiful in this home, some hardwood, some laminate, some tile. The kitchen has been updated with granite countertops, wood cabinets. Bathrooms have been updated, one with granite also. Nice laundry room full of cabinets, just off of the kitchen. Home also has a large lanai with a built in hot tub/spa that you step down into. The garage has been enclosed, but could be opened back up, however there is a large carport to park your vehicles. The entire home is just lovely including the beautifully manicured lawn, that shows the pride of ownership. The lot in the back is included with purchase. This is a must see!!!

They come out periodically and resurface the road. They were here again just the other day. Trash pickup 2 X week. County water and septic system. We have sadly outgrown our home, or should I say it has outgrown us. We have 6 children, grown and at one time we had a houseful. We no longer need this much room. Close to super Walmart, a Dollar General, churches and parks and lakes as well. Come by and see for yourself. There are 2 screen lanai's on the back of the house. Carpet , tile & linoleum. Cathedral ceilings in main section of the home. large pantry in kitchen. Ceiling fans all throughout. Laundry room is inside. No need to go outdoors to wash clothes! Large yard. Shade trees. New roof installed in 2004. It is a Alcoa aluminum roof."
