The Principal is amazing, but some teachers are not so great, and our child has not progressed in math or ELA like they did in previous schools. Won't send my other children here. PTO is a closed door to the in-crowd only, and are not welcoming to other volunteers, and office staff can be rude. The level of entitlement goes unmatched and we were a family of “have nots” (aka lived in a townhome). My child played sports, was an average student and was bullied. Threatened to be beaten up on numerous occasions, verbally assaulted in the halls and lunchroom and the bullies… those kids should just be ignored. Just don’t pay attention to them was the administrations solution. We moved out of the district for Junior and Senior year. Usually a tough transition for a high school kid. Not ours! They flourished and ended up with an academic scholarship to college. Had we stayed, this would never have happened.
