"People are friendly. I like the addition of atv/utv trails. Could use additional industrial jobs and shopping. "

"Rural area where a vehicle is required. Minimal traffic and generally safe driving. Snow plowing is often only maintained on county roads at first. Roads themselves are moderately maintained, and potholes are frequent. "
