This classic 1931 cottage has been renovated by SOLOMON a local boutique hotel design studio. Keeping its 1930's charm it is upgraded for todays comfort and appointed with local artisanal amenities, health and eco minded products so your stay is a special Leucadia infused experience.
The cottage features 2 bedrooms with custom queen mattresses produced especially for "The Encinitas Tea Company" by Sterns and Foster. Each room has a smart TV for art viewing and entertainment and speedy WiFi. The bathroom is appointed with ETC guest robes, eco friendly bamboo towels and green tea infused shower amenities. All available for purchase as mementos of your stay .

Step inside to discover a calm, sunlit living space featuring modern amenities and stylish designer decor.. The kitchen is equipped with contemporary appliances and all the essentials for culinary creations. The glassware and dishes were produced by our local artists for ETC and are available for orders upon request.

Outside, you'll find a charming patio area with a tranquil fountain, rocking chairs next to the fireplace and a garden perfect for sipping your morning tea or coffee, practicing yoga or enjoying evening sunsets with a glass of Solterra Wine.     "The neighborhood is a mix of retired people and new families. It’s not as communal as other cities I’ve lived in with many people driving in and out of the community and then staying inside or in their backyard. The gates parks prohibit kids meeting there unless they belong to an association. It’s odd to see a gated park that children cannot play on , meet new kids that live across the street, etc. I’m used to larger cities where there are more public places to gather, meet your neighbors, and create a stronger community."

Package theft does happen and people don’t clean up after their pets well. The rent is also really high around here. "
