There is over a 1/2 mile of wet weather creek running through the property with large pockets of water which did not dry over the summer. It’s nice and wide in the bottom which allows easy bank walking about 15 feet down from the high banks. We located numerous Morel Mushrooms just above these creek banks in the spring.
There is a ½ mile deeded easement right off of EW 130 Rd with a wide road. 2 wheel drive vehicles can easily drive this easement. The property was surveyed in the spring of 2021 and survey markers are in place.

It is 1.5 miles northwest of the Canadian River and only 20 minutes from Holdenville which has the best Mexican Restaurant and many other food choices along with a Wal-Mart and grocery stores.
