"We have neighborhood fish fry, chili cook off, weekly food trucks, Halloween hay ride. Great amenities with pool, pickleball court and beautiful park and fishing pond. Everyone is friendly and neighbors help each other out. "
  • Tracy Ann Williams
"I have lived here for over 25 years and I never want to move away. We enjoy a low POA annual fee, a beautiful park on the Guadalupe river for members only. Peace and quiet abounds, white-tail and axis deer are abundant, as are fox, raccoons, armadillo, o’possum, rabbits, ring-tail cats, many songbirds, coyotes and even mountain lions are seen occasionally."
  • M56irsul
"There are no parks with soft grass to run in. The streets are chip sealed which is rough on their paws"
  • Dewaywilliams
"The people are friendly and helpful and the country is quiet and peaceful. This area is a great find. We are fortunate to find it"
  • Frankie66robles
