About this House

The home was updated throughout in 2006 when we were originally going to sell it. Updated areas include new carpet in all bedrooms, hallway, and sunroom, new paint throughout, new ceiling fans throughout, new kitchen countertops, new sink, newer stove/oven, new slate kitchen backsplash, remodeled 2 full baths with new vanities and lighting, updated lighting in half-bath, new siding on exterior and new paint on full exterior of the home.
Due to the market at the time, we pulled it off and decided to keep it a while longer. While we are not in a hurry to sell it, we would consider doing so if the right people came along as this is a sensationally updated and beautiful home. It is MUCH larger than it appears from the street.
