"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for nine years and I love it here. It is very peaceful and quiet. The property is well kept with improvements being made regularly. The location is central to everything with short drives to downtown or the beach, and grocery stores and a gym in walking distance. Best of all to me are all the trees that surround the entire development. They are lush and gorgeous. It’s a lovely place to live. "

"The area offers great access to a bunch of different highways making it possible to get around jacksonville quickly. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and people leave each other alone. "
