"Commute Traffic on I-675 in morning & evening is significantly LESS THAN it was on my Daily drive of I-75! That's WHY I moved to Bellbrook. The I-75 South AM Traffic from Above Dayton to Below Dayton is a Nightmare! Two accidents each morning through Dayton was a Normal Daily Monday through Friday Occurence! "

"Bellbrook has a school system ranked second to none in the area. Both the fire department and police department are top knotch. All city ammenities are offered. Snow removal is the quickest in the area."
