Unwind in the evening in the dining room with seating for four. Then relax in the living room where you'll be greeted by a 55" TV and a cozy tealight fireplace as you unwind from the day. Oversized windows surround the living room and provide views out to the spacious backyard and the wooden covered deck. If it's warm enough (or you're New England brave in the winter months), put your feet up on the deck furniture or throw some chicken tenders on the grill. (Deck furniture in basement to use as desired). The deck has a ceiling fan and lots of dimmable lighting for enjoying the outdoors at night.
The master bedroom will greet you with another TV (22"), two dressers for clothing and storage, and two windows to wake you with the morning sunshine. Second bedroom can be used as another bedroom if needed (couch that pulls out) or as an office/reading room/gym area (grey rubber mat gym flooring provided with 3 kettlebells, physioball, and a foam roller). One bathroom with plenty of towels and spacious counter space. If you need additional storage, there is room available in the basement and walk-up attic if so desired.
You won't know you're so close to so many amenities when you're home. Right down the street, you have options for coffee and breakfast on the go (Dunkin' and our local Muffin House Cafe). In town and in the neighboring town, you have more than 5 gyms and health facilities to choose from (everything from CrossFit to Planet Fitness to Cycling Studios). No shortage of grocery stores to peruse either for meals at home: Whole Foods, Stop & Shop, Hannaford, Market Basket and Shaw's all within 5 -15 minutes. Neighboring towns of Milford and Bellingham have local shopping needs (Target, Wal-Mart, Kohl's, Lowe's, Home Depot, TJ Maxx, HomeGoods, Petco, PetSmart, Best Buy, Staples, hair salons). If you're looking for outlet shopping, look no further than The Shoppes in Millbury (25 min drive) or the Wrentham Premium Outlets (also within 25 minutes).
