I am a 29 year old male who just bought a house and am trying to rent out an extra room to help with the mortgage. This listing is for renting out just one room. The house is a 4 bedroom, two full bath. Renter can choose between either a furnished or unfurnished room. There is plenty of room in the driveway to park. The house is in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul de sac with woods on either side. I am a very easy going room mate. No smoking, no drugs.
