About this House
Greetings-
I have a top floor, 2nd floor open loft (with direct North and West sunlight exposure good ample sunlight and back of the property not facing Broadway*) on Broadway in Bushwick.
Available June 01 / June 15 move in*
The space is ideal for one person or a couple this is what i am looking for.
The building is a 1.5 block walk from the Myrtle J/M train.
The first stop on the J/M train in Manhattan is Delancey Street, where you can transfer to the F train and or take the M train uptown- The next stop on the J or M train is Bowery-Nolita/Chinatown stop and the next is Canal Street, where you can transfer to the N, R, Q, W, and 6 trains. After that the train continues to Chambers Street, Fulton Street, then Broad Street. You basically have every uptown train you need off the J train to transfer, which is quite convenient.
The average commute from the building to Midtown is 30 minutes.
The loft is on the 2nd floor as mentioned and excellent sunlight exposure with 3 large windows never a shortage of natural sunlight within the space.
As mentioned, the loft-like apts and the spaces have exposed brick and pillars, in the redesign of a factory that is nearly 90 years old, we kept the original industrial features as you will see, the building has character- There is 5 apts per floor and is a total 15 apts , a 4 story building.
There is not laundry in the building sorry, but within a 1-2 blocks radius, there is laundry mats and also delivery and drop off laundry services -happy to discuss.
Apts are cable/cable internet ready which is Optimum for internet and Cablevision for cable television.
Pet friendly building-dogs and cats are welcome and no pet fees.
You can live and work from home- the building is residential.
The kitchen is spacious and has a gas stove and full size fridge -the appliances are energy saver , the heating for the apt is also gas. Bamboo floors within the loft space and 3 large windows.
There are no fees-Community is important to me first and foremost- My main objective is to keep my tenants happy and keep my building well maintained.
$2,350.00 per month and includes water.
First month and security needed to move in-
Ok credit or a guarantor is fine.
If you are interested in viewing my building or have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
