"I grew up around the area and now the neighborhood has gone downhill. There are no grocery stores in walking distance, no hospitals or community events for children and the school district is under funded. The city of Dayton has work to do."

"Itโ€™s a community & close knit family . These parents are friendly loving caring about each other kids"
  • Soumia Boussaha
"Watch their kids and do not leave them alone. It is not safe here . Parent should be at anytime with their children in this area or elsewhere . People here walk here under the drug effect and it is not safe to walk at night in this neighborhood. "
  • Killakalirose707
"That this neighborhood is good for kids and very safe. I live in Moraine & I love it here. I would trust my kids to live here. "
  • Janegrey
"I have lived in Grafton Hill for 9 years and have no problem recommending it. I love how close I am to the water where I often see kayakers and people fishing. I also love how walkable the area is as I no longer own a car (by choice) and I walk 5-6 days weekly, 4-6 miles per day for exercise. Only one mile from Downtown Dayton and I have always felt safe."
  • Terri Sawyer
"You do hear frequent gunshots or fireworks. I have concerns allowing my children to ride his bike in the street because cars speed and do not seem to pay attention."
  • Emily
"Iโ€™ve lived here for almost 3 years and my husband and I love South Park. Our neighborhood is friendly, holds parties, activities and more all year round. Everyone decorated for the holidays and has get togethers. A good mix of young and old and a lot of different dogs weโ€™ve gotten to meet walking ours in the park. "
  • Jesuslinares61
"Itโ€™s a bad area with meth heads walking around and rude people are just everywhere! It could be better "

  • Leighjudge1
