However, there have been many upgrades chosen for this home that separates it from all the others and puts it into a class of its own. In the Living/Dining room area, an electric fireplace was installed and beautiful diagonally tiled floors were laid giving the room a wonderful feel of openness and warmth. The Diagonal tiles from the living/dining room continue to flow into the kitchen and they were also added as upgrades in both bathrooms. In the Master Bath, the tiles in the shower and in the separate garden tub area have been upgraded along with the countertops and vanities in both bathrooms. In all of the bedrooms, the matting and the carpeting have been upgraded as well. If you are an outdoor lounger, the screened in porch was expanded to over 19 feet in length and just over 12 feet in width. Plenty of room for lounging chairs and a grill. Come see this home today.
