Cons: no consistent sidewalks, wouldn't leave valuables in vehicles, poor school ratings, litter, transients and prostitutes. Personally, we have never had any problems but I know some of my neighbors have. "

Lots of dog lovers in Lincoln South, off leash dog park is close too <1 mi.! "
