About this House

Includes a fenced backyard for small dogs (25 lbs and smaller). This home less than 10 minutes from I-70. The neighborhood is located in the Raytown School District, is very quiet, and diverse. A storage room is included in the garage.

This is a month to month lease. First and last month's rent due upfront with a $300 deposit. Renter pays for all utilities. There is no smoking allowed inside the property. Pet rent is $50 per pet, per month.
