Everyone is extremely friendly and truly do their best to take care of their homes and their community. "It's a generally quiet area. There are parks nearby and the Navy base is very close. Ocean View beach is only minutes away. Don't miss the St Patrick's Day parade that takes place right in our neighborhood!"

"This area is an nice established neighborhood. The elementary school is an excellent blue ribbon school. It is close to the Navy Base, gate 4. Shopping and restaurants are just a quick drive up tidewater, and the beach is also really close. Overall, it is a wonderful area to live in."
