Built in bk shelves on each side of fire place repainted. Fireplace & mantel painted. New overhead lights in dinning rm and family rm. All new toilets (3). Realitively new central air & furnace. New roof on house and single car garrage out back, which is used as a shed. Full electrical. Attached 2 car garrage. Big deck off of kitchen and 2nd deck off 2nd story master bedroom. Hope to put a utility like sink, shower, and a toilet in basement before finising up. Basement has finished ceiling and walls with painted concrete floors. Laundry rm in bsmt.
