Description
Over 100 ft of lake frontage. On private Road. I have 1/2 of the house down to the studs and siding tore off as we are putting in new windows. I have also removed the flooring, old kitchen and 1 bathroom. I planned to do new wiring, insulation and sheetrock vs the older panel that was in the property prior. I have over $20,000 of windows, flooring, siding, vanity, sheet rock in the garage that i would also be willing to sell in addition. We have planned to purchase a home on a different lake. We figured that the new buyer could remodel it the way they want to based on the as is sale of the property. I also have a dock and boat lift i would sell separately also. Both are aluminum. We have a huge lot for another garage with living quarters above it. The pics you see are older pics.

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI love the people in this school, and the school supports my learning style, but with the new schedule change I won't have art classes or be able to avoid study hall, which is bad for me. Art helps me with my ADHD and study hall sto too quiet for me to deal with, and I don't work well around people in that setting, which is why I've signed up for several activities to avoid Student Improvement time, in vain. When I talked to the principal about being able to do something different with SI, anything, even helping with the office or the librarian, who's hard of sight, he shrugged and told me I'd have to deal with it. I asked if I could at least wear my headphones for background noise, but he again turned me down. Several other students have made requests like this, and all were turned down.
