About this House

Our home is a well maintained, conveniently located property with loads of features to make it comfortable and great for entertaining. There is a beautiful custom pool, built in wet bar and lots seating under roof with the attached 35’x35’ pool cage having a hot tub, grill and lounging area.
There is a sand/shell seating area with propane fire table and 7 chairs. It’s surrounded by tropical vegetation and a step down into the open common area surrounding our neighborhood. A cow pasture behind us has cute baby calves we love to watch. Triple disappearing sliders in den, double sliders in the LR and MBR give tranquil views out back.
There is a custom built in entertainment wall with professionally installed surround sound and lots of storage. The kitchen and breakfast room open to the large den with 11’ ceilings and ceiling fans throughout the home.
It’s a split bedroom plan so guests have two bedrooms, a bath and pool access on one side. The large private master bedroom has a master closet with loads of shelving and storage. The spacious master bath has a garden tub, a 6’x6’ walk in shower and a private water closet.
New roof 2019. 5 year old Heating/AC.

    "It’s safe to walk your dogs in the neighborhood. No speeding cars and there is plenty of open property to let them run and play if they would like. Maybe a couple more dog parks would be nice that are specifically for them. That way they can meet new dogs and the people can also create new relationships with each other as well. "

    "There is no public transit so you will definitely need transportation. If you live off 301 in Parrish the it doesn't take more than 15mins to get to the interstate. Ft Hamner bridge has opened up another avenue to get South but it's only 1 lane until Sr 64. Regardless of the downfalls of a little congestion the city or should I say country life in Parrish is beautiful the people can be a bit uppity but I would feel confident in saying it's a safe place."
