Kane is a wonderful school. Test scores are not the only way that you can measure a schools quality. More than a third of the students are still learning English and over 70% do not speak English at home. Many of our students are newly arrived to the country, many of whom are refugees fleeing violence. These are factors that affect standardized testing, but also things that make it a rich and vibrant community to be a part of. The teachers are dedicated and skilled. I have three kids in school here and I have never had a concern that was not immediately addressed. We had the slightest issue with getting in touch with a teacher or administrator and hearing back extremely quickly. I couldn’t recommend the school highly enough.
