Currently an eighth grade student whos attended FMS since third grade. Only have a few complaints those being, some of the kids are weird in a creep kinda way, some of them stink, and some of them are just horrible people. The teachers arent bad though some of them arent very good at creating engaging lessons. The school hosts a decent amount of events throughout the year which are semi enjoyable compared to other schools. Big positive though, most of the staff are super nice!

"There is a lot of acres of field for dogs to run and play and there is no traffic are constant people walking to distract your dog. And neighbors are super friendly to dogs as well."

"Citra is a rural area, with most of its area within Marion county's farm preservation area. Most people have at least 2 acres, and many have 50 or more. It's great area to live with dogs as they have plenty of areas to run and play, and you are far enough from neighbors not be a nuisance even if you have multiple dogs."

"We have lived her for 2 and half years after purchasing a 135 year old farmhouse we are restoring. it's a friendly rural area, where people generally look at for one another. We live in the farm preservation area, and can not imagine living in place else. My wife and I are originally from Chicago; but have lived in Florida for 17 years. Citra is a nice balance between Ocala and Gainesville; and within a short drive of the interstate for travel."
