Roughly 1.5 acres of that is gorgeous pasture, while the rest is serene woods. It has Eastern Heights water, REMC electricity, and Smithville internet AT the road! If you've ever looked at building a house, you know that getting utilities ran to the property can be *very* costly - they're already here in this case! Roughly a twenty minute commute to the Crane Naval Base!

This is a beautiful piece of land located in Greene County, in the Clifty Hills area. I had purchased this back in 2018 with the intent to build a home on it, but decided that I'm not quite at that point in my life yet, and actually bought a home just recently that has a fair bit of land with it. Thus, I'm considering selling this property for pretty much just what I have in it.
