Come check out this rental in the heart of Historic Sandy! Located in a quiet neighborhood with amazing neighbors all around! It is also less than 5 minutes walking distance to the UTA Trax Historic Sandy station. This home has been recently remodeled with new floors, paint, kitchen cabinets and counter tops, new appliances, A/C and heating, etc. We also recently got Google Fiber to provide insanely fast internet.
This home also has a private backyard that is mostly shaded. Great for some cool fresh air on a hot summer day!

All utilities are included in the monthly rate (garbage, water, sewer, gas, electric, internet).
Nearly all of the furniture can be left for tenants if desired.
