The house and basement have spray foam insulation and Pella windows. Basement offers an egress window and exterior door, and plenty of room to add a couple of bedrooms and a bathroom if you'd like. Hickory hardwood floors throughout the main floor. The cabinets throughout the home are custom made with the exception of the master bath vanity. Hemlock log accents throughout home. Geothermal heating and cooling, and a pellet stove as a secondary source of heat. The concrete retaining walls were just installed last Fall and a new 8x16 back deck was installed this past Spring. There are 2 fenced in gardens. One is a raspberry patch that offers one row of red raspberries and one row of thornless blackberries. The other fenced in garden has blueberries and elderberries planted in it. There are 3 apple trees, 2 peach trees, 2 pear trees and a nectarine tree. All of which produce fruit. We planted over 7,000 spruce trees in various locations throughout the property. There are 2 deer food plots in the back, a spring fed creek in the back, a small pond and 2 fields currently in hay. There are 2 elevated deer blinds that will be staying with the property.
The pole barn is 52x80 and the front half has a concrete floor, is insulated and offers a 40x40 heated shop.
