Bellerose is a wonderful place to live and raise a family. Our school system is district 24, wonderful school system. my son graduate from Bronx science HS after completing Public elementary and public middle school. The local library is awesome for children and teenagers. They offer reading clubs, story hours for tots, and chess clubs for teenagers. I could go on and on. Bellerose also had a strong active civic community. The New Yorker magazine even wrote a piece on this hidden jem. "
