With generous windows, every room is light-filled and the house, which is completely surrounded by woods, (some virgin forest) enjoys total privacy. At the same time, it is close to the amenities of the city of St. Louis. Wildlife is abundant and the property should be considered a type of wildlife sanctuary. No hunting; no deer stands. Full walk-out basement with washer/dryer hook-ups. Tenant must supply own washer and dryer. Large storage unit on the site. Tenant must pay for garbage and yard maintenance. Tenant pays all other utilities. Although the land is zoned residential, some agrarian uses are permissible under Missouri s Right to Farm Amendment. Screening criteria: Minimum household income of 2.5 x rent; minimum credit score of 650. Pet policy: Dogs and cats permitted with owner approval and $250 refundable pet deposit. No smoking permitted on the property.
