Our house is conveniently located in a nice area of Pomona, it is near shopping centers, highways 10, 60, 57, and 71; It is close to Western University, Mt. Sac, Cal Poly, Claremont colleges, University of La Vern. The bedroom for rent is old style bedroom, very big, it is around 230 square feet, with a whole wall big closet, dressers plus a big storage area on top of the dresser and closet.. The room is very nice. It has a ceiling fan, a brand new nice double big window with curtains rod, and flower tree shade outside. The room is also very quilted, it is located in the backside of the house, away from the street. Our rent includes utilities, Fios wireless internet service, one free parking space inside property. We have a shared kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room, dining room and hallway connected to every room. We have cameras inside property to make sure the security of our tenants. We are just asking for a six month lease commitment, after which, you may remain in the room on a month to month tenancy. We also ask for the equivalent of one month's rent as a refundable security deposit. We are looking for a single, nice, and responsible tenant. The room is just finish repainting and put a brand new floor. It is available to move in now, If you are interested, please text Jessica 626354652.

No smoke, no pets, no drunk, illegal drug, no wash car, no electric car charge.
Visitors is ok, but only allowd very few days a month for overnigh guests.

    "It’s nice to have events close by at the Fairplex, and there are a lot of great public/community resources available throughout Pomona— specifically public health. Our neighborhood, specifically, does not do any organized events, and I generally spend my time outside of Pomona (grocery shopping/errands in La Verne, San Dimas, or Glendora, and work in Orange County) because many parts of Pomona are NOT safe at all and I don’t feel comfortable taking my family anywhere in town."
